A hall owner's book of clients, dates and rates is the most sensitive thing the business owns. Every hall owner we have spoken to asked about this before anything else — so here is the whole answer, without the marketing language.
No other hall can ever see your records
Every booking, client and payment is tied to your hall inside the database itself. The database refuses to return another hall's rows on every single request — it is not an app setting, not a filter on a screen, and not something that can be left switched off by mistake.
You decide who gets a login
Only the people you invite can open your hall's records. Each one gets their own login under their own name, so you can see who did what — and remove someone the day they leave, without changing your own password.
Your manager cannot touch the money side
A manager sees the calendar, the clients and the bookings, so they can do their job. They cannot reach your Hall Ease subscription and billing, and cannot add or remove logins. Those stay with the owner.
Never sold, never shared, never advertised against
We earn money one way: hall owners paying a monthly subscription. Your client list is not a product and we will never treat it as one. There are no advertising trackers inside the app you sign in to.
Encrypted on the way to us
Every connection between your phone and Hall Ease is encrypted with HTTPS, the same protection your bank's website uses. Nobody on the wifi at your hall can read what you send.
Yours to take, or to erase
Ask us any time and we will send you your data as a file, or delete your account and everything in it. No charge, no argument, no attempt to talk you out of it. It is your business.
The honest part
Plenty of software claims “nobody can see your data”. That is almost never true, and you should be suspicious when you read it. Here is where the line actually sits with us.
No other hall can ever see your data. That one is absolute, and it is enforced by the database rather than by us remembering to be careful.
Within our own team, access is limited to the account and billing information we need to run your subscription, and to helping you when you ask us to. We are not reading through your bookings, and we never use them for anything else.
Your data is stored abroad. We use established providers — Supabase for the database and Vercel for hosting — rather than running our own servers, and their infrastructure sits outside Pakistan. They work on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.
